  • Manage interactive project status list, timelines and agency workflow with efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle reporting for website, search engine marketing, display banner, and email campaigns
  • Compile website and online marketing proposals for new initiatives
  • Organize and migrate website content for new site development
  • Edit websites via content management system platforms
  • Provide support to create user experience guides for website functionality
  • Assist with production of website content management system training manuals
  • Review and pull website usability testing data into results presentations
  • Proof online design and development deliverables for accuracy
  • Report to Interactive Project Manager


  • 4-year degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
  • Entry-level with internship experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Background including Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience in WordPress or other content management systems a plus
  • Friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to try new things
  • Multi-tasker who can prioritize projects across several clients and industry verticals at one time
  • Hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
