PAVLOV’s PR & Social Media Team Breaks Records at the 2019 Worthy Awards Gala

PAVLOV was deemed “worthy” at the 8th annual Greater Fort Worth Chapter of PRSA Worthy Awards Gala, held November 6, 2019, at Ridglea Country Club. With three Worthy Awards and four Awards of Excellence, our powerhouse PR and social media team broke agency records, taking home the highest number of trophies in PAVLOV’s history.

Program: Social Media/Digital Communications | 2019 MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival

In April 2019, the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival (MAIN ST.) returned to Downtown Fort Worth for its 34th year, bringing hundreds of thousands of attendees together for a four-day celebration of art, music, food and culture. Event producers, Downtown Fort Worth Initiatives, Inc., turned to PAVLOV Agency’s PR & social media team to manage the festival’s social media efforts before, during, and after the event.

The partnership resulted in record-breaking numbers across MAIN ST.’s social media platforms — reaching 1.3 million users and generating over 115,000 engagements across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat – and ultimately contributing to making the 2019 festival one of the most successful in its 34-year history.

Program: Special Event/Observance | 2019 MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival

Downtown Fort Worth Inc., the producers of the annual MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival, tapped PAVLOV’s PR department to develop & execute a strategic special event PR campaign for the 34th annual event. The resulting efforts generated nearly 170 media placements, over $1 million in earned media value, and hundreds of thousands in attendance at the four-day festival, held April 11-14, 2019.

Tactic: Social Media | Riscky’s 91st Anniversary

Riscky’s has been a legend in Texas barbecue since it first opened in Fort Worth in 1927. In October 2018, Riscky’s tasked PAVLOV’s PR & social media team to execute an attention-grabbing social media campaign in honor of its 91st anniversary, which consisted of behind-the-scenes videos, gift card giveaways, trivia questions, social media contests, historical fun-facts, and 91¢ chopped brisket sandwich specials. The resulting efforts reached nearly 200,000 social media users, generating 29,000 engagements, over 1,715 video shares, and a +35% increase in foot traffic during the 91st anniversary week.
