FORT WORTH, Texas (September 15, 2016) – Fort Worth-based PAVLOV Advertising has promoted three senior-level employees in its account service, media planning and interactive departments:

Amanda Gibson has been promoted to director of account service from her previous role as account director. In this role, Gibson will lead the development and implementation of the agency’s strategic marketing, advertising, and brand campaigns. Throughout her 12 years at PAVLOV, Gibson has worked with clients including DFW Airport, HCA North Texas Hospitals and TCU Athletics. Gibson graduated from Abilene Christian University, and is the past president of the American Advertising Federation Fort Worth Chapter.

Allan Cardozo has been named interactive director for the Fort Worth-based firm. Previously lead web designer, Cardozo has 10 years of experience leading interactive projects from websites and banner ads to sales presentations and animated rich content, and takes the lead role in the research, development, and launch of web-based products and services on behalf of PAVLOV’s interactive clients. A native of Colombia, Cardozo graduated from Southwest Adventist University in Keene, Texas.

Mallory Ellis is now PAVLOV’s media manager, a step up from her former position as media supervisor. Ellis has more than a decade of experience managing media planning and buying for clients including DFW Airport and Fort Worth Transportation Authority. She regularly negotiates media deals, while also planning, buying and maintaining millions of dollars in annual ad buys.
