  Allen is a logical strategist with a penchant for creativity. Born cesarean under the sign of Pisces pretty much guaranteed his non-conformity, which he has parlayed into successful campaigns for a stellar group of clients. Sell out a world premiere of rock star Stewart Copeland’s opera…check; prime the news press for the superconducting super collider…check; raise the stakes for a $350 million casino project…check; launch a national roll-out for a beloved cpg brand…check; leverage leasehold for the nation’s #2 natural gas producer…check; and help DFW International Airport reposition as a global super hub…check. As an entrepreneur, Allen invented and sold Koozball, the world’s first combo foam football and drink koozie, after it made it to top retailers like 7-11 and Wal-Mart. That experience, among other ventures, gives him valuable insights as a kindred spirit to PAVLOV’s start-up clients. Armed with an Advertising & Public Relations degree from TCU, Allen began his career as a PR specialist for a boutique firm handling various business ventures of Fort Worth’s billionaire Bass brothers.

  AC keeps the office chill because he’s so cool under pressure. Whether he’s leading the interactive team in developing the next great website or banner ad, Allan makes excellence his business. A native of Colombia, Allan graduated from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas and has distinguished himself on projects for Konami Gaming Inc., Plaza Medical Center, Choctaw Casinos, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Texas Motor Speedway. Allan and his interactive team have won numerous interactive awards for design and development expertise (and rightfully so).

  Both a creative professional and professional creative, Khris Kesling makes innovation and imagination look easy. Khris is always hard at work, however, creating strategies for enhancing the beauty he sees in everyday life. His extensive experience includes work for DFW International Airport, DART, HCA North Texas, TCU Athletics, Choctaw Casinos, Sam’s Club, Wrangler and On the Border restaurants. A graduate of TCU, this former adjunct professor continues to show his horned frog spirit through his innovative campaigns for TCU Athletics.

  She has two last names, but she is second to none. An aficionada of all things public relations and social media, Claire Bloxom Armstrong has managed successful campaigns for DFW International Airport, Rebecca Creek Distillery, Konami Gaming, Inc., Gasser Chair Co., Main St. Arts Festival and Riscky’s BBQ. Claire has 14 years of total PR experience, with extensive knowledge in the air travel, food, retail, hospitality, and oil & gas sectors. She received a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Pepperdine University, and is immediate past president of the Public Relations Society of America – Fort Worth Chapter.
