FORT WORTH, Texas (June 16, 2016) – PAVLOV Advertising has promoted Claire Bloxom Armstrong to public relations (PR) director. Claire, who is also VP-membership / president-elect of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), had been PR manager for the Fort Worth-based firm.
In her new role as PR director, Claire is responsible for overseeing PAVLOV’s PR and social media teams, as well as providing strategic guidance and direction in developing and executing PR and social media campaigns for clients such as DFW International Airport, MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival, Rebecca Creek Distillery, Riscky’s BBQ, and the Fort Worth Transportation Authority, among others.

Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. The Fort Worth-native began her career at Dallas-based PR firms Sunwest Communications and Cooper Smith Agency prior to joining PAVLOV.
In 2013 at the age of 30, Claire was named one of Fort Worth’s “40 under 40” by the Fort Worth Business Press. She is also the recipient of multiple industry awards, including 11 Worthy Awards, a MarCom Gold Award for PR Programs, and two MarCom Platinum Awards.
