PAVLOV HIRES FIVE NEW TEAM MEMBERS

FORT WORTH, Texas (November 2016) – PAVLOV has expanded its staff with the hiring of five new employees this fall. The firm now stands at 27 professionals with the addition of the new hires across its creative, production, account service, and social media departments.

Daniel Joyce joins the PAVLOV creative team as an art director, using his innovative and conceptual talents for print, packaging, and interactive projects. Prior to joining PAVLOV, he worked for four years as an art director for Periscope Agency in Minneapolis. Joyce graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin, and later received a degree in Art Direction from the Miami Ad School in Minneapolis.

DeLaine Kruzel has been hired as a production manager, responsible for overseeing print production, trafficking and proofing projects. Kruzel has 40 years of experience in advertising, including seven years with HSC Marketing in Dallas and 16 years at Balcom Agency in Fort Worth.

Hannah Lacamp joins PAVLOV as a social media coordinator, creating and executing strategic social media campaigns across various platforms, as well as supporting PAVLOV’s public relations efforts. Prior to joining PAVLOV, she worked as a social media content curator for Toldyaa™ in Dallas. Lacamp graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Baylor University in 2016.

Lizzy McNamara has been hired as an account executive, providing service to PAVLOV’s transit accounts, including the Fort Worth Transportation Authority, Livermore-Amador Valley Transit Authority, and VIA Metropolitan Transit. Prior to joining PAVLOV, she worked for four years in event planning and marketing for the Fort Worth Zoo. McNamara graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of South Carolina in 2012.

Margot Albert joins PAVLOV as a junior graphic designer, using her creative skills for conceptual layout, design and social media projects. She previously worked as a graphic designer for Texas Christian University Athletic Marketing. Albert graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from the Art Institute of Fort Worth in 2014.
