In this position you will work with PAVLOV’s Account Service team assisting with the following responsibilities:

  • Plans and manages client workflow throughout the agency from project initiation to completion; execution is thorough, accurate, and timely
  • Acts as the point person/key task leader for all day-to-day operations
  • Strives to be indispensable partner to client
  • Understands client business, needs and trends within their category and the marketing industry as a whole
  • Develops creative briefs, initiates creative brainstorms, hosts project kick-offs and manages creative team deliverables
  • Understands strategic thought process
  • Recaps and distributes conference reports for all client calls/meetings
  • Accountable for post-program analysis/performance evaluation
  • Manages and distributes status reports to agency and client contacts; conducts regular status meeting with clients
  • Oversees production budget costs and ensures delivery based upon client approval on estimates
  • Records and distributes monthly billing invoices and monitors aging reports
  • Handles monthly projections and reconciles actual billing upon completion on behalf of the client
  • Reports to Director of Account Service


  • Degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Journalism, Communications or Marketing
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Keynote
  • Detailed project management skills
  • Hard worker that thrives under deadlines
  • 3+ years of agency experience
